ABOUT ME

Originally from the UK, I studied at Bristol University before embarking on a career in international tax and global mobility which has taken me to France, the US and Australia before settling in Lausanne, Switzerland 15 years ago.

I am a former partner of a big consulting firm with over 25 years’ experience advising multinational companies on the tax, social security and policy aspects of their global mobility programs.  I have led large global engagements and worked with some of the most complex international organizations, in multiple sectors, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods.

Bilingual in French and English, I have also devoted a considerable amount of time in Switzerland to accompanying small to medium sized companies in developing their international mobility approach to deal with the challenge of moving employees to and from Switzerland.

I enjoy collaborating with my clients to develop ethical, pragmatic and realistic solutions to their challenges.  My career path enables me to see not only the big picture, but also to maintain a focus on the finer details which may be critical to the success of a global mobility project.
